Youth Hunt, 2012
To attend a Youth Hunt: Children in attendance must have a valid hunting license, have passed the hunter education course, and register with our Chapter prior to the event (see Youth Hunt Registration tab above). All children must also be accompanied by a parent/relative/guardian.
Photos of the 2015 January Youth Hunt at Lone Oak Farm in Delaware. Seven brave kids showed up to chase roosters in the sub-zero temperatures!
What is it? The Greater Columbus chapter PF offers a mentored, guided pheasant hunt to the first 10 registrants ages 10-17 at a private hunt club free of charge. Each child will have at least two shots at a pheasant. Food will be provided as well.
